Experience
With over 15 years in the industry, our experience means much more than just being able to answer questions from our customers or recommending the right products for a given situation.
Indeed, we can certainly demonstrate good listening skills to determine if a customer’s concerns and goals are more orientated towards energy savings or home beautification, but our experience will provide ways to avoid common mistakes or misunderstandings.
Perhaps it’s a customer who is looking for blackout options, but doesn’t realize the light bleed of Roller Shades vs. Cellular Shades. Maybe a client has a particular product in mind but hasn’t considered overlap concerns or curb appeal considerations.
No amount of training on products or installations will ever match the value of experience.
